  • Conversation and thread data from your Help Scout account
  • Technical logs for debugging and service reliability

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We explicitly do not collect or store:

  • Credit card or payment information (handled by our payment processor)
  • Passwords or authentication credentials
  • Raw HTML content from emails
  • Email attachments

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Detect customer intent from incoming tickets
  • Generate AI Draft responses
  • Match your team's writing tone and style
  • Execute Playbooks based on detected intents
  • Improve and maintain the Service

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our Service:

  • Help Scout: Customer support platform integration (API access)
  • OpenRouter: Large Language Model (LLM) inference for generating drafts
  • Cloudflare: Workers (compute), D1 (database), Vectorize (embeddings), and AI services

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

6. Data Retention

  • Active Data: Your conversation data and embeddings are retained while your subscription is active
  • After Account Deletion: All data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Logs: API and webhook logs are retained for 30-90 days for debugging purposes

ReplyScout runs on Cloudflare Workers, providing edge-speed performance with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
